This month’s theme is centered around a beautiful wallpaper sample that I got from Little Greene. In the yearly setup for this journal I used graphics from the enveloppe it came in, and it seems fitting that the last theme I’m able to fit into this journal is somewhat related to that.

I love a good vintage scrapbook vibe for a theme, so that is what I went for by adding craft paper and some vintage elements throughout.

You’re the only one who can stop you
I’m sure there is a better source for this phrase, but I heard it from Mark Ruffalo towards the end of a Hot Ones video. Inspiration can strike from anywhere and this touched me when I heard him say it. I believe it rings true and I will gladly take this advice from what seems like such a kind and accomplished artist.
I alternated hand drawn, messy headers for each day, capped off with printed numbers that I then punched out with a circular paper punch I recently bought. I did enjoy having an extra space to write down some tasks to focus on last month, so I’m going to keep including that in my weekly spreads, creating a comfortable even number of eight areas in the process.

I adore how this spread came out. I printed the circular exercise tracker on sticky craftpaper and added a decorative frame cut in two behind it for added visual interest. The habit trackers are a mix of handwritten numbers and duo tone headers.

Decorating with this heavy wallpaper made my journal kind of awkwardly heavy in places, so I guess it’s good that I won’t have to make another theme again in this journal. I think it would make it hard to deal with the bulkiness I created this month.
I’m really looking forward to using this final theme in this journal and I can’t wait to show you which new journal I bought to finish out the year and start 2026 with. I hope you enjoyed this, let me know in a comment below what you think!
